Systems Administrator

Description
An Oklahoma-based company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to configure, support, maintain, and optimize its Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform effectively supports business processes, user needs, reporting requirements, and overall system performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, along with prior experience in a financial services environment.
Responsibilities-

• Configure, administer, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business operations
• Optimize the Salesforce environment for usability, scalability, and performance
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports
• Support end users by troubleshooting issues, resolving system challenges, and providing ongoing guidance
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancement
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanup, and governance best practices
• Support integrations, system updates, testing, and deployment activities
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and user training
• Serve as a key resource for Salesforce best practices and platform optimization

Requirements
Qualifications-

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Proven experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including reporting, dashboards, automation, security, and user management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business users and technical teams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred

Preferred Background-

• Experience supporting Salesforce in a regulated financial environment
• Financial Services Cloud experience
• Knowledge of financial services workflows, compliance considerations, and customer/member relationship processes
• Experience with system integrations and platform enhancements
