Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Collection Product Owner with strong CACS-X and underlying data experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in collections/loan recovery, product ownership, data flows, business requirements, and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with CACS-X
Strong Collections / Loan Recovery domain knowledge
Understanding of underlying data, data models, and data flows
Proven Product Owner experience
Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively with business, technology, data, and engineering teams
