Job Description:

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Contingent Worker to support an AI Data Acquisition team. This role is critical in driving project execution, managing trackers, and facilitating collaboration with internal and external partners, including researchers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sensitive data and partnership requirements.

Must-Have Skills
  • Led from a project management function with multiple stakeholders - keeping track of role and responsibilities and report out on that and follow up as needed
  • Worked in partnership space
  • Knowledge of Ai - using tools in workflow - came from AI company - terminology
  • Background with tech
  • Come from the legal world
Qualifications
  • Experience with project tracking, reporting, and documentation (preferably in a tech or research environment).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, project management software).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and manage compliance-related documentation.
  • Experience working with external partners or researchers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, AI tooling, data sourcing, or partnership management preferred.
