Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations with third-party vendors and enterprise applications.

Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of Workday Integration Development experience.

• Strong experience with Workday HCM and Financials modules.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

• Experience with Core Connectors and Document Transformation.

• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java.

• Experience with Workday integration security, ISU, PGP Keys, and MFA.

• Knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data migration.

• Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, and data reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations.

• Build integrations with third-party vendors and state agencies.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

• Maintain integration documentation and provide ongoing production support.

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Important Requirements:

• Candidates must currently reside in Georgia and be willing to work from Georgia throughout employment.

• Local Georgia candidates are strongly preferred.

• 100% remote work is acceptable for eligible Georgia residents.
