We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Range Manager Assistant Apprentice to join our Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion range management, product selection and trend analysis while working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification.

What You'll Do

• Support the Range Manager and Assistant Range Manager with administration, reporting and trading reviews.

• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and Product teams to bring fashion ranges and catalogues to life.

• Research competitors, identify emerging trends and spot product opportunities.

• Support the selection of clothing and footwear ranges for catalogues and marketing campaigns.

• Assist in creating engaging product stories and selections that appeal to our customers.

• Proofread catalogues and marketing materials to ensure product information is accurate and compelling.

• Help manage delivery issues and work with suppliers and stakeholders to find solutions.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for fashion, clothing and retail.

• An interest in trends, product selection and understanding what customers want.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
