Job Description

Supervisor Plus (All Areas) | Skegness, United Kingdom | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a renowned entertainment resort operator, celebrated for delivering fun-filled family holidays for over 80 years. This organisation is known for its vibrant culture, commitment to guest enjoyment, and values of creating smiles, getting stuck in, and caring for each other.

The Role

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact and hands-on leader for the team, ensuring daily plans and objectives are met.
  • Oversee operational standards and compliance across various departments, including accommodation, food & beverage, retail, and leisure.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key targets, drive add-on sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct audits, monitor guest feedback (e.g., NPS), and implement actions to continuously improve service quality.
  • Support with people-related tasks, including onboarding and performance management, as required.
  • Adapt to fluctuating guest demand by working flexibly across departments and ensuring the right team members are in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Need

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to coach, develop, and manage team performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in supporting audit and observation activities.
  • Extensive guest/customer-facing experience, with a proven ability to handle diverse queries and complaints effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating new opportunities through sales, promotions, or initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-skilled teams and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
