Position: Project / Program Manager

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience of Project Management experience, managing and delivering complex, multi-vendor technology-based End to End projects, within a service provider environment.
• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience working with telco in the delivery of IT Wireless System Solutions or IT Telecommunication Solutions and other digital services companies
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with MDA management, software development and test teams, and infrastructure teams, and with business partners
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, techniques and tools
• Working knowledge of IT systems, Agile, Waterfall and SDLC
• Strong negotiation/facilitation skills with an ability to gain consensus
• Ability to facilitate solutions in a complex IT technology and business environment and able to adapt quickly to change.
• Ability to manage expectations throughout the project implementation and delivery process.
• Formal knowledge of Project management principles, processes, and tools (PMP certification is desirable)
• Solid experience in MS Project Plan
• Sufficient functional/technical knowledge in BSS/OSS domain to enable effective communication and execution of the project
• Strong knowledge and experience of Agile delivery methods and tooling (SAFe, JIRA)
• Must be able to make quick, thoughtful decisions
