The Role

• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient operational workflows and leading the team in a shared capacity.
• Manage all responsibilities within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Conduct inbound goods checks, set up displays, and verify product expiration dates.
• Replenish and check the freshness of produce and bakery items.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in the sector.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Enthusiasm for detailed, hands-on work.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective communication with customers.
