Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, onsite direct hire opportunity in Buffalo, NY with a stable, customer-focused distribution company. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys relationship management, account support, team leadership, and high-quality customer service without cold calling or commission-based sales pressure.

As the Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, support established customer accounts, respond to inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, and help ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and professional service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations, customer service activity, inbound inquiries, quote requests, and order support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with established customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on customer quotes while supporting pricing, availability, and product questions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to help ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor sales activity, customer satisfaction, account performance, and opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and support sales staff while promoting a professional, customer-first sales environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Work arrangement: Onsite only in Buffalo, NY.
• Employment type: Full-time, direct hire.
• Bonus: Opportunity for annual performance-based bonus consideration based on individual contribution and company results.
• Sales structure: No cold calling, no outbound prospecting, and no commission-based sales pressure.
