Tool Mechanic (3-Shift) | Oberkirch, Germany | On-site We're hiring for a well-established, family-owned company with over 100 years of experience in plastics production. They are looking for a dedicated Tool Mechanic to join their manufacturing team. The Role • Perform tool changes on production machinery and machine setups during product or format changes. • Ensure machinery is properly set up and ready for operation after changes. • Inspect tools for wear or damage, replace defective parts, and ensure quality standards are met. • Actively participate in optimizing setup times and processes to minimize production downtime. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Construction Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, or a comparable profession. • Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
