GG Media is seeking motivated Retail Staff to join our Baton Rouge team.
In this role, you will represent the company directly while assisting customers, supporting daily retail operations, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, working as part of a team, and developing communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide clear information about products, services, and available options
Help customers identify solutions that best fit their needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
Support daily store and operational activities
Process customer requests and transactions accurately
Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly objectives
Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service
Assist with product displays, organization, and inventory-related tasks
Represent GG Media with professionalism and a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable working directly with customers
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
