The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for members.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions.
• Undertake fault finding tasks from minor issues to complex mechanical problems.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service on every call-out.
• Start and finish your shifts from your own driveway.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
