The Role

• Deliver groceries to 15-18 households per 3-hour shift within a 10km radius.
• Manage route planning, vehicle charging, and initial loading of goods at the hub.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries.
• Complete routes, return the vehicle, and participate in post-shift routines.
• Potentially assist with customer service or training new team members.

What You'll Need

• A valid B driver's license.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to commit to 16-32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical fitness to handle walking and lifting goods.
