The Role

• Serve as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and leading the team.
• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all customers, fostering high levels of satisfaction.
• Handle a variety of tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Maintain product freshness and presentation for produce, baked goods, and other retail items.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with general stockroom and cleaning responsibilities.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail or equivalent professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in engaging with customers.
• A proactive and dedicated approach to work, with a willingness to pitch in.
• Flexibility, strong team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
