The Role

• Provide professional nursing care, including basic and treatment care, in accordance with current nursing standards.
• Independently manage digital or analog patient documentation and actively participate in care planning.
• Carefully prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Promote residents' quality of life and support them in their daily routines.
• Serve as a competent and empathetic point of contact for residents, their families, doctors, and therapists.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a registered nurse, including recognition as a nurse in Germany.
• High level of empathy, responsibility, and enjoyment in working with individuals requiring care.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a structured, independent work approach.
• Willingness to work morning and evening shifts (30-40 hours/week) and at least two weekends per month.
• Expertise in providing comprehensive care to the elderly.
