Role Description: Seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in SRv6, MPLS, IPv6, BGP, ISIS, EVPN, and Service Provider Networks to support customer network transformation and modernization initiatives.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD 129,311 - 142,018 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in IP/MPLS Service Provider networks
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SRv6 (Segment Routing IPv6)
  • MPLS & Segment Routing
  • BGP, ISIS, OSPF
  • EVPN/VXLAN
  • IPv4 & IPv6
  • Traffic Engineering and QoS
• Experience on:
  • Nokia 7750 SR / SR OS
  • Cisco ASR9K / NCS / IOS-XR
  • Juniper (preferred)
• Experience in carrier-grade backbone networks, network transformation, and migration programs
• Ability to provide L3 support and drive RCA for critical incidents
• Network automation experience using Python, Ansible, YANG, NETCONF/RESTCONF

Essential Certifications:

• CCNP/CCIE Service Provider
• Nokia NRS-I / NRS-II
• JNCIP-SP / JNCIE-SP
• ITIL Foundation

ADDITIONAL

• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
