Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Technology Product Owners (TPOs) to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Create and maintain Epics, Features, User Stories, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs) in Azure DevOps (ADO).
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Lead requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and product meetings.
Analyze complex business problems and recommend effective technology solutions.
Track requirements throughout the product lifecycle and manage changes.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies.
Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership on large or complex initiatives.
Prepare professional documentation, reports, process flows, and presentations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience in business analysis, product analysis, or Agile product delivery.
Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and backlog management.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and problem resolution.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex projects.
