Smaller community, real ownership of your work — you'll know the property, know the residents, and see the results of everything you fix. 23.00 –$25.00 per hour
~ Medical, dental, and vision benefits
~Work service requests and preventative maintenance so small issues never become big ones
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Handle apartment turns — painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
Keep the community clean, safe, and looking like somewhere people want to live
Take your turn in the on-call rotation
2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
~ HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience
~ Someone who does what they say they'll do, treats residents and teammates with respect, and stands behind the quality of every repair
