Senior Backend Architect for AI-Driven Healthcare

Heidi is building a scalable backend to power its AI care assistants. You will architect and implement backend services for LLM-based agents, design robust APIs, and optimize performance and cost while collaborating with product, AI, and frontend engineers to ship features quickly.

This role requires mastery of software fundamentals, Python, API design, cloud platforms, and experience with distributed systems, testing, and observability.
