Production Engineer

SG Technologies - part of the Neo Performance Materials Group, is a global leader in the production of high-performance magnetic components and assemblies. Our products are shipped worldwide to high end automotive and consumer products customers such as Bosch, Caterpillar, and Yasa. We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make an impact on production performance.

• Troubleshooting production issues on existing equipment
• Developing a strong working understanding on Multilevel and Single level mechanical & Hydraulic press setting
• Training and leading others to develop their skills
• Identifying, planning and implementing continuous improvement projects across production
• Presenting solutions and ideas to the wider team

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in a production/manufacturing engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to interact easily with people at all levels

- Work pattern: Day shift & rotating shift patterns available Day shift - Full time 37.5-hour week – Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm
