Senior Musical Instrument Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a Seasonal Senior Sales Associate for Store 1311. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You'll provide knowledgeable, consultative sales support, process rentals and sales, assist with merchandising, and maintain accurate POS transactions. You'll support local school programs, collaborate with store and lesson staff, and ensure an inviting, student-focused environment while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Assist students, parents, and educators with product selection
• Process sales, rentals, and returns accurately using POS systems
• Meet or exceed seasonal sales and rental goals
• Support merchandising, stocking, and store presentation standards
• Coordinate with lesson staff and school service reps for student needs
• Promote music education programs and store events
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic service issues
• Maintain product knowledge of instruments and accessories
• Support store operations during peak seasonal periods
