We are seeking a skilled Roadside Vehicle Technician to join a leading automotive assistance organization, renowned for its long-standing history and commitment to keeping drivers moving. This role is crucial in delivering expert roadside repairs and breakdown support to a vast membership across the UK.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to call-outs and resolve a variety of vehicle issues, from minor fixes to complex faults.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and exceptional customer reassurance to members in need.
• Work autonomously from your home base, starting and finishing your day at your driveway.
• Handle diverse and unexpected challenges on the roadside, making a real impact with technical expertise.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and confident in your technical abilities.
