We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Tallahassee location (2320 Apalachee Parkway #K). In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our organization, delivering exceptional service, assisting in making all of our delicious products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. • Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Make all our delicious products following accurate standards with a passion for perfection
• Document customer orders accurately and maintain detailed records in our system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations or solutions
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Follow company policies and procedures while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Contribute to a supportive team environment by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues
• Meet performance goals and quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
