VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy

The VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy leads creative across multiple brands and teams, helping shape work that is strategically smart, creatively bold, and effective. As a senior creative leader, you'll partner with strategy, account, and creative leadership to deliver outstanding work, mentor teams, build strong client relationships, and help grow the agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative across multiple brands and integrated campaigns.
• Partner with creative leadership to develop big ideas and elevate the quality of the work.
• Write and oversee copy across digital, social, video, print, CRM, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Mentor and develop copywriters and creative teams.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and confidently present creative work.
• Partner with strategy, account, and project management to ensure work is delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget.
• Help grow the business by supporting new business pitches and agency initiatives.
• Champion creative excellence while fostering a collaborative, positive team culture.

• 10+ years of advertising experience, with healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work across multiple channels.
• Experience leading creative teams and mentoring writers.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to simplify complex science into engaging, meaningful stories.
• Passion for great creative, collaboration, and developing talent.

Pay Range- $190,000-$205,000
