About the Role

We're hiring IT Field Technicians for short-term onsite projects in Chandler, AZ. This is hands-on, approachable work - carefully unpacking equipment, installing firmware, and repacking, working directly alongside an onsite lead. It's a great opportunity to get real hands-on IT experience, build your resume, and open doors for what comes next.

What You'll Do

• Carefully unpack and prepare equipment
• Install firmware on hardware following provided instructions
• Repackage equipment when complete
• Work directly with the onsite lead and get exposure to how real IT operations run

What We're Looking For

• Detail-oriented - this is careful work, not rushed work
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior IT or tech experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable taking direction and picking things up quickly
