The Role

• Assembly of steel structures in medium and high-voltage switchgear (up to 380kV).
• Installation of high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mounting of components such as HV clamps, supporting insulators, and pipe/cable assembly.
• Revision of technical plans through red-line markups.
• Contributing to the successful implementation of the energy transition goals.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in metalworking, such as a metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Work experience in metalworking within sectors like construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience with the safe handling of electrical installations.
• Driver's license Class B and willingness to travel to job sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular assignments from Monday to Thursday in southeast Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
