The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery, tyre, and complex fault-finding.
• Ensure quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members.
• Start and end your day from home, operating within demand-led shifts.
• Make a real impact by resolving roadside challenges.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Problem-solving skills to tackle diverse roadside issues.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road.
