Perform regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies

Update and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software

Identify and report inventory variances; investigate and resolve discrepancies

Process inventory transactions including receiving, returns, transfers, and adjustments

Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in year-end physical inventories

Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus

Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management

Demonstrated ability to operate drone technology, including flight planning, safety protocols, and data capture for inventory purposes

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lift and move heavy items as required

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferred Skills

Experience using drone software platforms for inventory management (e.g., Gather AI, Corvus One, or similar)

Forklift certification or experience operating other warehouse equipment

Experience with barcode scanners or RFID technology

Knowledge of inventory best practices and supply chain principles

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a warehouse environment with moderate to heavy physical activity

Occasional overtime may be required depending on inventory demands
