Quality Assurance Engineer

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Product and Engineering team in Melbourne to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the software powering communication and workflow systems across hospitals and aged care facilities. This is an opportunity to join a respected market leader with an established pipeline, strong customer partnerships and a portfolio that spans healthcare infrastructure, software, SaaS, mobility, data and connected care solutions.

The Opportunity

Your work will directly support better care outcomes for patients and clinicians. You'll play a key role in automating and streamlining our testing processes, partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and delivery teams to ensure every release meets the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts

• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing

• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reporting to support release decisions

• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Delivery teams throughout the SDLC

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are clear and testable

What You'll Bring

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance

• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit

• Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines (desirable)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration capability

• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning
