  • Partner with stakeholders and project teams to deliver OT infrastructure initiatives, provide technical expertise, and support design, commissioning, governance and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure the day to day availability, reliability, and maintenance of OT infrastructure across site environments and network infrastructure; primarily across Honeywell process control environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security architecture, network segmentation standards, system audits and corporate cybersecurity requirements.

  • Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, with industry certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft or VMware highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience supporting Operational Technology environments within manufacturing, industrial or process control operations.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory administration, identity and access management, and OT cybersecurity principles.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and supporting industrial networks, including switching, routing, firewalls and network segmentation.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex OT infrastructure across on premises and hybrid environments, with exposure to Honeywell control systems highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, inclusion and collaboration, with the ability to build positive working relationships, foster diverse perspectives and contribute to a respectful, team oriented workplace culture.
  • Flexibility to travel to local operational sites and collaborate with global teams across different time zones as needed.
