ERP Project Lead - F&O Centralisation

About The Role Join a major ERP transformation, modernising core legacy systems onto Dynamics 365 F&O and the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem. As Senior Project Manager, you'll own delivery of a key workstream, working closely with the Program Manager, business owners and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, delivery and RAID log for your workstream.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare activity.
• Manage delivery partners and vendors within your workstream.
• Support program governance and reporting.
• Partner with change and training leads to drive adoption.

• 3+ years' experience delivering tech projects, ideally within larger transformation programs.
• 1-2 end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation cycles (discovery through hypercare), ideally D365 F&O.
• Comfortable across Agile and Waterfall delivery.
• PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP) well regarded.

• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (D365 F&O, Power Platform).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Organised, with experience using Jira for tracking and documentation.
