The Role • Lead a team responsible for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for vital defense systems. • Serve as the authoritative subject matter expert on RMF policies, ensuring compliance with DoD and JITC security guidelines. • Oversee the end-to-end implementation, accreditation, and continuous monitoring of multiple complex systems. • Expand technical expertise into areas like Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training environments. • Shape program direction by merging RMF expertise with LVC-G training to create advanced Warfighter Exercises. What You'll Need • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering. • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. • Deep knowledge of NIST, DoD, and Army Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework policies. • Familiarity with current industry methods for IT security assessment, monitoring, and remediation. • Understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise incident response. • Experience with network security architecture concepts and server administration. • A Secret security clearance is required. • Bachelor's degree and a DoDM 8140.03 DCWF 462 Advanced Level Certification are necessary.
