Position Summary
A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its U.S. financial operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting. The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, treasury, tax compliance, financial reporting, banking relationships, working capital optimization, risk management and internal controls
This position serves as a leadership team while collaborating with international finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets.
· Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, and financial reporting for consolidation purposes
· Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, regulatory compliance, tax coordination, in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
· Manage relationship with external auditors.
· Lead cash management and liquidity planning activities.
· Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
· Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT and other statutory filings.
· Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business
· Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes.
· Optimize accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory levels.
· Improve cash conversion cycle and working capital efficiency.
· Coordinate relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders.
· Lead and develop the Accounting and Administration team.
· Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· 5-7 years of finance/accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
· Manufacturing finance/accounting experience required.
· SAP experience required.
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, working capital, and internal controls.
· Strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, and communication skills.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
· CPA preferred.
· Multinational/global company experience preferred.
· Bilingual capabilities preferred.
· Experience working with international finance teams and stakeholders.
· HVAC, heat-transfer, data center, power generation, or industrial manufacturing experience.
· Experience supporting manufacturing growth, CAPEX, and business expansion.
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
