We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to establish and direct a new operative focus within our internationally recognized pediatric orthopedics center. The Role

• Responsible for the overall medical, organizational, and strategic direction of the Pediatric Orthopedics Center.
• Lead the establishment and development of a specialized operative program for pediatric musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide expert surgical treatment for congenital and acquired disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement an integrated treatment concept encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
• Foster and expand a high-performing, interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with neurosurgery, neuropediatrics, pediatric rehabilitation, anesthesiology, intensive care, and radiology.
