Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Archer Specialist with strong technical expertise in Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and an understanding of Consumer Lending and Teller Systems within the banking industry.
The ideal candidate will support Archer platform configuration, application enhancements, integrations, risk management workflows, and ongoing operational support associated with consumer banking applications.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and maintain Archer IRM applications, workflows, dashboards, questionnaires, and reporting.
Support Archer-related risk and compliance processes across Consumer Lending and Teller Systems.
Develop and maintain integrations between Archer and banking applications, including loan origination, loan servicing, and teller platforms.
Work with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into Archer configurations and technical solutions.
Support application enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and production issues.
Develop automated workflows, risk assessments, controls, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with lending operations, branch banking, IT risk, and compliance stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation and support platform upgrades and system improvements.
Required Technical Skills
5+ years of experience with Archer IRM / RSA Archer.
Hands-on Archer administration, configuration, and application development.
Experience with Archer workflows, questionnaires, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting.
Knowledge of Consumer Lending and Teller Systems in US banking.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL, data feeds, and enterprise application integrations.
Understanding of loan origination, servicing, branch transactions, and banking operations.
Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with banking regulatory compliance, operational risk, and internal controls.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Archer with core banking or consumer lending applications.
Understanding of banking risk management and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with third-party risk management, operational risk, or compliance modules.
Familiarity with Agile delivery, UAT, and change management.
Archer certifications are a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A hands-on Archer Technical Consultant / Developer with experience in US banking environments, particularly Consumer Lending and Teller Systems, who can independently manage Archer configurations, integrations, enhancements, and production support.
