They are a well-established entity within the European land systems sector. **The Role** • Define warranty management processes in collaboration with customers and subcontractors for seamless execution. • Review contractual warranty claims from national and international clients, as well as subcontractor terms. • Coordinate closely with on-site service teams for defect analysis and spare parts procurement. • Manage component flow, including new parts and defective units, from customer to subcontractor. • Independently prepare statements with decisions and justifications for the approval or rejection of warranty claims. • Confidently lead negotiations on disputed warranty matters. • Manage internal and external communications for escalated issues within your area of responsibility. **What You'll Need** • A degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or a commercial apprenticeship with extensive experience in project management, process management, and order processing. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and CAQ systems like Babtec. • Fluent proficiency in German and English is essential. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **What's On Offer** • A secure employment with attractive remuneration. • Opportunities for professional development and career progression. • Flexible working hours and ample vacation time.
