The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on additional responsibility as a site manager, overseeing technical operations and ensuring compliance with company standards and daily scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to vehicle return, including consultations and professional advice.
• Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, handling customer funds, and processing incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to audit standards and corrective actions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician.
• Willingness to undergo professional certification or already hold a certified operational manager qualification.
• Holder of a valid Class B driver's license.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with administrative duties.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trust through collaboration.
