What You'll Need

• Board certification as a specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
• Ability to independently manage assigned hospital wards in a senior physician capacity.
• Experience working effectively within an interdisciplinary team, taking responsibility and demonstrating structured, independent work habits.
• Strong organizational skills and an empathetic, appreciative demeanor with open communication.
