Google Cloud Platform Solutions Architect - Gemini Enterprise Agent

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Solutions Architect with 10+ years of enterprise software architecture experience and strong expertise in Google Cloud, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP), and Gemini Enterprise CX (GECX).The ideal candidate will serve as a lead client-facing architect, designing cloud-native and AI-powered enterprise solutions, driving multi-agent orchestration, and integrating modern cloud platforms with legacy enterprise systems. This role requires strong architectural leadership, client communication, security expertise, and the ability to guide specialized AI, data, and platform engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead architecture and implementation initiatives involving Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP) and Gemini Enterprise CX (GECX).
• Define agent runtime architecture and multi-agent orchestration solutions.
• Act as the primary client-facing architect, leading technical discussions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder alignment.
• Navigate enterprise IT governance, security assessments, and architecture approval processes.
• Design event-driven and API-led integrations between cloud environments and legacy transactional systems.
• Define enterprise cloud security and IAM strategies, including VPC Service Controls, data privacy, and secure credential propagation.
• Translate high-level architecture designs into actionable technical guidance for AI, data, and platform engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, reliability, and integration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of enterprise software architecture experience, with a proven track record of designing and deploying cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on architectural experience with:
• Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP)
• Gemini Enterprise CX (GECX)
• Agent Runtime
• Multi-Agent Orchestration
• Proven experience as a lead client-facing architect, managing complex IT governance, security reviews, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong background in event-driven architecture and API-led integrations, connecting cloud platforms with legacy transactional systems.
• Deep understanding of enterprise cloud security and IAM, including:
• VPC Service Controls / Service Perimeters
• Data Privacy and Security
• Secure Credential Propagation
• Ability to translate high-level architecture into clear implementation guidance for AI, data, and platform engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent professional cloud certification.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform CX Agent Studio (Dialogflow CX) or Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Experience with real-time streaming protocols such as WebSockets and gRPC.
• Exposure to telephony gateways and communication platforms such as Twilio or CPaaS.
• Experience deploying and securing enterprise APIs using gateway management platforms such as Apigee.
• Practical understanding of distributed caching technologies such as Redis and Google Cloud Memorystore for conversational state management.
