The Role

• Drive canvassing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for follow-up by sales representatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Field Canvassers.
• Plan and schedule team routes and daily activities to maximize lead generation in assigned territories.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances and permit requirements for all canvassing activities.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of canvassing efforts.
• Collaborate with local operations and installation teams to enhance brand presence in the market.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing or direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, or field canvassing.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and train staff.
• Strong understanding of best practices and strategies in field marketing.
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates and commit to evenings and weekends as needed.
