The Role

• Lead therapeutic teams and collaborate closely with senior management as part of the clinic's leadership.

• Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team of medical, psychological, and various therapeutic professionals.
• Ensure continuity of care through structured treatment plans and direct involvement in patient case screening.
• Oversee supervision, foster the professional development of the psychology department, and contribute to the evolution of therapeutic offerings.

What You'll Need

• A completed Psychology degree (Diploma or Master) and licensure as a Psychological Psychotherapist.
• Specialized training in either Behavioral Therapy or Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Demonstrated empathy, team spirit, and a genuine passion for working with individuals.
• Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and a drive to actively shape clinical and therapeutic advancements.
