Pay Range: $21/hr-$22/hr HIRING: Partnership Marketing Coordinator Burbank, CA We're currently hiring a Partnership Marketing Coordinator for an exciting opportunity within the entertainment/streaming industry.

About the Role We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional to support a Partnership & Brand Marketing team with campaigns, external partner communications, creative approvals, and project coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in entertainment, streaming, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do • Coordinate with external partners to request marketing assets and obtain creative approvals • Track approvals, deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding action items • Help coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through completion • Track usage rights and partner guidelines for logos, images, and other content • Maintain campaign calendars, spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation • Collaborate with Creative, Social, Programming, Production, and Marketing teams • Assist with presentations, campaign recaps, reporting, and team coordination • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving What We're Looking For • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, entertainment, or a related field • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have • Entertainment, streaming, or media experience • Brand partnerships or campaign coordination experience • Experience with creative/marketing approvals • Exposure to legal teams, IP, or content usage rights • Airtable, Asana, or similar project management tools • Spanish-speaking or Hispanic marketing experience • Interest in sports, anime, or kids programming This is a marketing coordination/project management position - not primarily a creative or content-creation role.
