The Role • Drive store and personal sales to meet and exceed goals and performance standards. • Train and develop a successful sales team, providing coaching and feedback. • Manage daily store operations and loss prevention in the absence of store management. • Foster a fun, full-service customer experience and effectively resolve customer issues. • Supervise and manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring company policies are upheld. • Complete opening/closing duties, bank deposits, and all assigned tasks promptly. What You'll Need • Prior retail sales experience is preferred. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Willingness to learn and embrace a dynamic retail setting. • Capability to work nights and weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. • Must be at least 18 years of age.
