Implementation Project Manager (Remote)

A nationally recognized healthcare company is seeking a new Implementation Project Manager to proactively design and manage implementation plans, anticipate challenges before they arise, and ensure every milestone and deliverable is executed with precision.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Serve as lead to implement benefits with small market segment customers (501 - 1000 employees)

  
  


• 
  

  Effectively manage project plans to deadlines, delivering great results

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and present keynote presentations to customers (project kickoff, tax/withholding, other benefit components).

  
  


• 
  

  Identify key focus areas to drive customer results and engage with customer stakeholders to handle objections, remove roadblocks, and move implementation forward

  
  


• 
  

  Review customer contracts to understand selected benefits and explain to customers how benefits work and integrate into medical plans

  
  


• 
  

  Work with internal marketing team to understand changes to benefits and successfully market changes to customers

  
  


• 
  

  Perform technical benefits system set-up for new customers

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with internal Customer Success team to ensure warm hand-off and success with customer after go-live

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  4+ years of Project Management experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Highspot) and CRM (Salesforce, Front)

  
  


• 
  
  Experience with Customer Success, Benefits and exposure to implementing systems/plans/programs
  
  


• 
  

  Computer / Tech savvy

  
  


• 
  

  Great interpersonal and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and highly organized
