User Research & Discovery
- Conduct direct user research, including customer observations, interviews, and usability studies.
- Gain a deep understanding of user workflows and underlying needs.
- Differentiate between stated user requests and underlying problems.
- Utilize research findings to inform product strategy, prioritize features, and drive iterative design improvements.
Required Skills
- Extensive UX design experience with practical application of UX principles.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG) expertise, including onboarding, activation, and conversion optimization.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with product instrumentation and telemetry.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing for Product-Led Growth, including onboarding, activation, and conversion optimization.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, prototyping tools, and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience defining and tracking product metrics and designing experiments.
- Proficiency in user research techniques, including interviews, usability studies, and workflow analysis.
- Excellent systems thinking capabilities and the ability to understand the broader customer experience.
- Ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant and effective design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
