The Role

• Oversee monthly financial close processes and prepare financial statements for operating locations.
• Conduct thorough reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Prepare annual financial budgets and detailed income/expenditure reports.
• Perform monthly financial projection analysis and rate reviews.
• Evaluate internal controls, assess operating results, and present cost reduction recommendations.
• Manage the flow of accounting data between remote facilities and the central accounting function.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 12 credit hours in accounting coursework.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or Assistant Controller role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting business systems.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to a different company location within 18-24 months for continued career growth.
