Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dojo Ops Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Dojo Leads and Directors to plan, prioritize, and confirm Dojo engagements. This role involves improving the Dojo experience for teams, coaches, and processes, as well as organizing and simplifying information for effective communication. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the success of Dojo operations and engagements.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Dojo Leads and Directors to plan, prioritize, and confirm Dojo engagements.
  • Continuously improve the Dojo experience for teams, coaches, processes, templates, and ceremonies.
  • Organize and simplify information for easy consumption by teams and coaches.
  • Ensure coaches have the necessary resources, including next steps, status updates, documents, access, and invites.
  • Maintain a pipeline of upcoming teams, schedule events, and prepare teams and leaders for intake, discovery, and immersive engagements.
  • Communicate Dojo offerings and services to teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide transparent and frequent updates to stakeholders regarding schedules, challenges, and successes.
  • Coordinate hybrid experiences, including in-person and remote events, room reservations, food orders, A/V equipment, and technical setup.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience working closely with product teams to coordinate and organize events.
  • 1 year of professional experience in large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations in applied design thinking, product management, or technical roles.
  • Familiarity with internal operations, event planning, and marketing.
  • Good understanding of technology operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the airline industry, including engineering, business processes, and supporting technology.
  • Demonstrable experience in helping product leaders create an environment conducive to supporting empowered product teams.
  • Proven ability to align priorities with overall business goals and product strategies.
  • Experience building relationships with senior leaders to influence and inspire change.

Pay Range: $60 - $62/hr.
