The Role

• Preparing, operating, and monitoring production and filling machinery
• Performing basic in-process controls
• Implementing quality assurance measures
• Overseeing material flow and documenting work steps
• Conducting cleaning and hygiene tasks in the production area
• Supporting process and workflow optimization

What You'll Need

• Production experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, cosmetics, or similar industries
• Willingness to work a full-shift system
• Reliable, meticulous, and responsible work approach
• Awareness of hygiene standards and strong teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good German language proficiency for documentation
