CNC Machine Operator

Our client in Irwin is seeking a Machinist to join the team Position will be on a 1st shift day light Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and other tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Utilize measuring instruments (micrometers, cali pers, bore gauges) to ensure precision.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery.
• Must be able to wear a respirator (clean-shaven face required) and steel-toed boots throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of GD&&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations.
