167142: Success Factors Integration Specialist - MS – DFA

Jackson, MS (Onsite)

Position Description:

The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) full-time Success Factors Integration Specialist to assist DFA/MMRS in the production support of the Success Factors Employee Central system. The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between Success Factors (EC) and the ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).

Required Skills:

Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.

Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.

Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support.

Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.

Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center. Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.. Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.

Preferred Skills:

Public sector experience.

Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.

Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.

Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.

Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.

ABAP programming experience
